These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IPQuality.org (the "Service"), operated by IPQuality.org ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
IPQuality.org provides IP address analysis tools including geolocation lookup, fraud and risk scoring, proxy and VPN detection, streaming service compatibility testing, and AI service accessibility checks. Analysis results are sourced from IP QualityScore (IPQS) and are provided for informational purposes only.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
IP analysis is inherently probabilistic. Results provided by the Service — including geolocation, fraud scores, and proxy or VPN detection — are estimates derived from third-party data and may not be accurate in all cases. We make no warranty that any result is correct, current, or complete.
You must not use the results of this Service as the sole basis for any consequential decision, including but not limited to denying individuals access to services, making legal or compliance determinations, or taking enforcement actions. Results should be treated as one signal among many, not as ground truth.
All content, design, and code on IPQuality.org is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Service without our prior written consent. Underlying IP intelligence data is owned by IP QualityScore and subject to their terms.
The Service relies on the IP QualityScore API to generate analysis results. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of results derived from IPQS data is also subject to IPQS's Terms of Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPQuality.org and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block access to the Service at our sole discretion, including where we believe usage is abusive, excessive, or in violation of these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate access without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
